HOW DO WE OPERATE?

We aim to reply to all enquires within a hour of being sent. We will talk to you regarding your enquiry and be able to assess your issue. If its regarding a quotation we suggest our surveyor attends site and surveys what you require, we will then give you a written quotation.

DOES IT NEED RENEWING?

When it comes to damaged Roller Shutters, Railings or any of our products we will do our upmost to repair before renewing. We will attend site at a call out charge and aim to repair your problem. If the repair cannot be carried out and on your product, we will carry out a survey there and forward you a quotation within 24hrs.

ARE YOUR RAILINGS LOOKING OLD AND WORN?

We can replace all damaged and missing parts to your railings. We can match any missing arrow heads or missing bars to your railings. These will give your railings a new look at a affordable price then replacing with new.

DO I GET A GUARANTEE?

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all new installations and all new motors when replacing damaged. Our guarantee does not cover any cosmetic or impact damaged to any of our products.
